ORDER YOUR PEDOMETERS
Please complete the following to receive your POP pedometers and “Rx for Physical Activity Cards”. We will send you the same amount of each.
(Please allow 15-20 days for delivery of supplies. If you need them sooner, please email Lauren Corley at lcorley@aace.com for arrangements

After completing this form, please be sure to sign your students up for the President's Challenge from the POP website. In each student's registration, join Group Name: Power of Prevention and Group ID: 58661. POP will then pay for your students to receive their certificate and emblem upon completion of the challenge.
